    By accessing or using our website and purchasing our GoHighLevel snapshots, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our products.

    2. Licensing and Usage

    When you purchase a snapshot from GHL Builds LLC, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the snapshot within your own GoHighLevel agency account or sub-accounts you manage for your clients.

    • You may NOT resell the snapshot as a standalone product.
    • You may NOT share the import link publicly or with other agencies.
    • You MAY use the snapshot to provide services to your clients.

    3. Refunds

    We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all one-time snapshot purchases. If you are not satisfied with the product, you must contact our support team within 30 days of purchase to request a refund.

    4. Subscriptions and Memberships

    Any memberships or bundles are billed according to the terms presented at checkout. You may cancel any recurring subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the features until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    GHL Builds LLC is not responsible for any loss of data, loss of revenue, or compliance issues arising from the use of our snapshots. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your marketing campaigns comply with local laws (such as TCPA or GDPR) and that A2P 10DLC registration is completed correctly.
